This website is intended to provide information regarding the outreach opportunities planned in anticipation of the upcoming Harford County Master Plan Update and to keep the community informed of opportunities to participate. State law requires the Master Plan to be updated every 10 years. This document will be updated in accordance with the Land Use Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
Harford Forward is a community-driven initiative to shape the future of Harford County. Through broad outreach and public engagement, the project gathers input from residents and stakeholders to inform the Harford County’s upcoming Master Plan Update — a long-range blueprint that will guide growth, development, and conservation for the next 10 to 20 years.
